Key Ingredients
- Glycolic Acid (5%) weakens desmosomes, allowing dead skin cells to slough off to reveal healthier, smoother, brighter looking skin.
- Mandelic Acid (.25%) is a larger molecular weight alpha hydroxy acid with antibacterial properties and works as an exfoliant, allowing dead skin cells to slough off, making room for the regrowth of new skin. Improves wrinkling, roughness, and softens skin.
- Tuber Magnatum Extract (Truffle Extract) is white truffle which is an excellent antioxidant.
- Coconut Charcoal Powder (derived from coconut husks) gives this enzyme its color, but it is an extremely porous, purified powder that acts like a sponge attracting impurities and excess oil from the skin.
- Ceramide NP locks in moisture and prevents trans-epidermal water loss.
- Tsuga Canadensis Leaf Oil is good for reducing appearance of blemishes, and offers skin cleansing benefits.
Tips for Use
- After cleansing, apply a thin layer to the face and manipulate into the skin with your fingertips.
- Apply steam if desired. Remove with a warm steam towel after 7 – 10 minutes.
