Skin Script Direct-to-Consumer Sales Policy Statement
Skin Script is a professional-grade skincare brand created exclusively for licensed estheticians, spas, and professional skin care providers. We do not sell directly to consumers on any platform, including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, and other third-party marketplaces. All Skin Script products are distributed exclusively through authorized estheticians who meet our brand’s education, training, and retail requirements.
Any Skin Script products found on unauthorized platforms are not sold or supported by Skin Script, may be expired, tampered with, or counterfeit, and are not covered by our product guarantee. This policy protects:
- The integrity of the Skin Script brand.
- The professional guidance and education required for proper product use.
- The quality and safety of products reaching consumers.
Skin Script reserves the right to take action against any unauthorized sales, including removal of purchasing privileges and legal enforcement.
Discounting:
As a valued Pro Partner, you play an important role in upholding the integrity and value of the Skin Script brand. This policy safeguards the value of our product line and ensures that all Pros benefit from a level playing field. By honoring suggested retail pricing, you contribute to a stronger brand reputation and preserve profitability across our community. To protect your business and ensure fair competition among professionals, we require that you agree to not discounting or pricing below Suggested Retail Price. This includes offering a promotion that includes Skin Script Products.
Social Platform Selling Guidelines for Instagram and TikTok:
These guidelines are designed to protect the integrity of the Skin Script brand, ensure compliance with our professional standards, and maintain a consistent customer experience.

1. Business Identity
- You must sell under a clear, identifiable business name (e.g., “Radiance Skin Co.”), not a personal name or anonymous account.
- Your business name should be consistent across all selling platforms.
- Include your business name in your profile bio and store description.

2. Pricing & Discounts
- No discounts may be offered on Skin Script products online.
- All pricing must follow Skin Script’s current Suggested Retail Price (SRP).
- Do not participate in online auctions or “make an offer” pricing formats that reduce the sale price below SRP

3. Product Restrictions
- Retail-only sales are allowed.
- The following products are Prohibited:
- Professional-use-only items (peels, enzymes, professional use only masks, Training Manual).
- Sample sizes marked “Not for Resale.”
- Testers or damaged goods.
- Only unopened, new, and current product SKUs may be sold.

4. Platform Compliance
- Follow platform rules in addition to these guidelines.
- Ensure your product listings:
- Use accurate product names and descriptions.
- Feature high-quality images (no distorted or misleading photos).
- Do not use Skin Script’s logo or marketing materials without permission.

5. Brand Representation
- All communication with customers should be professional and brand-consistent.
- Do not make medical claims or unverified promises about product results.
- Always refer to the official Skin Script product descriptions for ingredient and usage information.

6. Enforcement
- Skin Script reserves the right to:
- Remove authorized seller status for violations.
- Block sales to accounts found in breach of these rules.
- Take legal action against unauthorized sales or trademark misuse.
Skin Script does not permit selling on the following sites and platforms: Craigslist, Poshmark, Ebay, Amazon, Mercari, OfferUp
Chemical Peel Policy:
Skin Script Professional Skin Care offers 5 chemical peels for our Pros. 20% Lactic, 15% Lactic (Pumpkin Peel), 30% Glycolic, 20% Salicylic (Cranberry Turnover Peel), and 10% TCA Depigmentation Peel.
To purchase chemical peels, you must have an active aesthetician or cosmetology license. To update your license on file, please send a copy to moc.xrtpircsniks@ecivres.
Sample Policy:
Retail Samples without Purchase: A Retail Sample Pack is available for $35.00, plus shipping if applicable. Limit 1 per person, per year. Samples are not available in Peptide Eye Serum, Tri-Peptide Eye Cream, Blemish Spot Treatment and Ageless Lip Treatment.
Retail Samples with Purchase: Skin Script offers one free sample per retail item purchased. Samples are not free with the travel sizes of 2 oz cleansers and 2 oz toners. If you would like additional samples, they are available for purchase. Free matching samples are only included in orders shipping directly to you and do not apply to Drop Ship orders. Samples cannot be held for future orders.
Credit Card Authorization Policy for First Time Orders Over $600:
At Skin Script, we want to ensure a secure transaction process for both you and your business. For first-time orders over $600, we require a completed Credit Card Authorization Form on file to prevent fraud and chargebacks.
To complete your first-time order over $600, please fill out and sign the Credit Card Authorization Form that is emailed to you. The amount on the form should match the total of your first order. Once completed, submit the form via email or fax within 5 business days of placing your order. If we do not receive this form within 5 days, the order may be cancelled.
Shipping Policy:
Skin Script will choose the most economical and efficient shipping method between USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Requests for a specific carrier or expedited service are not guaranteed and may include an additional shipping charge if accommodated. Orders are shipped only within the United States and its territories.

1. Standard Shipping
- Skin Script offers free standard shipping on all orders of $49 or more.
- On orders totaling less than $49, a $12 flat-rate shipping fee will apply.
- Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the shipping destination and carrier transit times.
- Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.

2. Expedited Shipping
- Expedited shipping requests will incur a $25 expedited shipping fee. Expedited shipping is not guaranteed by Skin Script or carrier. Please note: Many locations, such as California and states surrounding AZ, may already receive delivery within two days under our standard shipping method.
- Next Day or Overnight shipping requests will incur a fee based on order size and delivery timeframe requested. These shipping requests must be made via phone.
- We are not able to accommodate special shipping requests via the Order Notes section provided at checkout.
Skin Script can accommodate Special shipping requests in most cases.

3. Drop Ship Orders
- You are responsible for charging your customers the full retail price plus $12 shipping (orders over $49 qualify for free shipping).
- You must provide the client’s name and correct shipping address at the time of order.
- Please use a personal or business credit card that matches the account holder name; mismatched cards will place the order on hold.
- Due to regulatory laws, enzymes and peels cannot be drop shipped.
- Invoices and order forms are not included in drop ship packages, as wholesale pricing is confidential.
A Drop Ship is when you (the Pro) request Skin Script to ship product directly your client.

4. Lost or Missing Orders
- Contact the carrier directly for assistance.
- Check with staff, family members, or neighbors.
- Review the delivery area and check for notices of attempted delivery.
If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please:
Lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment for resolution.

Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Skin Script, it is returnable for credit, refund or exchange. Please keep the following in mind when returning a product:
- Skin Script must be advised of dissatisfaction within 30 days of the original purchase.
- The product must be returned to Skin Script’s office within 60 days of the dissatisfaction for credit, refund or exchange.
- Returned products must be at least 60% full.
- You are responsible for return postage or delivery charges.
- Skin Script will deliver the new, exchanged product free of delivery charges.
