Lonice Evette Stoker is a Master Esthetician, Skin Care Specialist, and full-time entrepreneur, proudly owning Laced By Lonice (LBL) since 2015. With a passion for beauty and wellness, she has built a thriving brand dedicated to providing top-tier skincare and esthetic services.
Before entering the beauty industry, Lonice earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas and spent 13 successful years in the fashion industry. Inspired to make a deeper impact in beauty and skincare, she pursued esthetics at International Beauty College, where she received expert training and hands-on experience, ultimately earning her Esthetician License.
Beyond servicing clients, Lonice is committed to education and mentorship. She teaches professional skincare classes to licensed professionals looking to expand their expertise and offerings. Her industry expertise has also led her to become a Dermascope In-House Esthetician, further solidifying her influence in the field.
Her dedication and excellence have been recognized with prestigious awards, including 2023 Beauty Entrepreneur of the Year (Cosign Awards) and 2024 Best Lash Spa (Best of Black Dallas). She has also been featured on NBC Texas Today, highlighting her impact in the beauty industry.
Through LBL and her continued contributions to esthetics, Lonice remains dedicated to empowering both clients and fellow professionals with the knowledge and confidence to achieve their skincare goals.

Joe Glow
Master Esthetician, Skin Care Specialist

Join us for an inspiring session with Joe Glow as he explores the vital role of human connection in the beauty and wellness industry. Joe will also dive into the art of taking calculated risks, a philosophy he calls “Leap and the net will appear.” In addition, Joe will demonstrate some of his signature Joe Glow Facial Massage techniques, while emphasizing the importance of ergonomics and proper body mechanics—essential practices for anyone offering beauty or wellness services.
Joe began his wellness career early, graduating from the Utah College of Massage Therapy at 19 and becoming a Paul Mitchell–trained Master Esthetician by 21. In 2024, he earned international recognition by winning First Place in Facial Massage at The Skin Games in Atlanta. He claimed the title again in 2025—this time blindfolded—and also won First Place in Swedish Massage at the Oregon Massage Championship. Having worked in spas across Park City, rural North Carolina, and the Oregon Coast, Joe now practices in Brownsville, Oregon, where he offers massage therapy and his Signature Joe Glow Facial. He also teaches hands-on Facial Massage Classes nationwide and has launched his long-awaited online facial massage course.
