Certified Skin Script Professional Online Listing
Skin Script Skin Care provides a complimentary listing under “Find A Pro” as a courtesy to aestheticians who actively purchase Skin Script products as outlined below. The Certified Professional/Retailer list is intended to help the end consumer locate aestheticians in their area who either use Skin Script professionally and/or sell Skin Script products.
To qualify as a Skin Script Certified Professional, you must:
- Hold an active aesthetician license or cosmetology license. Students are not eligible to be listed as a retailer.
- Meet the qualification thresholds of purchasing at least $1,000 worth of professional products (enzymes, masks, chemical peels) in the previous rolling 6-month period. Skin Script reserves the right to remove a Certified Professional listing if you fall below the above listed thresholds.
- You must have a physical storefront with signage.
To request to be added to the list, Skin Script Pros must e-mail info@skinscriptrx.com with the information filled out exactly as you would like it to appear on your online listing: Business Name, Business Address, Contact Phone Number, Contact E-mail Address, Business URL.
Chemical Peel Policy:
Skin Script Skin Care offers 4 chemical peels for our Pros. 20% Lactic, 30% Glycolic, 20% Salicylic (Cranberry Turnover Peel), and 10% TCA Depigmentation Peel.
To purchase these chemical peel products, please provide us with proof of professional liability insurance. Please submit your insurance documents to insurance@skinscriptrx.com. This insurance should be in your name and/or your employer’s name.
Drop Ship Policy:
A drop ship is when an aesthetician or business requests Skin Script to ship product directly to their customer.
It is the Pros responsibility to charge and collect the full retail price from the customer plus $7 for shipping, unless the order is over $49, then complimentary shipping is offered.
When you place the order with Skin Script, you will provide us the customer’s name and shipping address.
Please use your personal or business credit card. If the card used does not match the account holder, the order will be placed on hold. All orders placed with a card other than the account holder, or a person notated on the account, will be put on hold.
Skin Script will then ship the ordered product directly to the customer. When we ship directly to a Pros customer, we do not include the invoice due to wholesale pricing being listed. We also do not include an order form for the same reason.
Due to regulatory laws the Skin Script enzymes and peels cannot be drop shipped.
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Skin Script, it is returnable for credit or for another product. Skin Script must be advised of dissatisfaction of a product within 21 days of original purchase. The product must be returned to Skin Script’s office within 2 months of the dissatisfaction for credit or exchange of another product. Returned products must be at least 60% full. You will be responsible for postage or delivery charges of the returned product. Skin Script will deliver the new, exchanged product free of delivery charges.
To return an item, please call for assistance 480-543-1121, Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST.
We do not accept returns on Seasonal Enzymes and Masks as these items are final sale.
Sample Policy:
Retail Samples Without Purchase: A Retail Sample Pack is available for $35.00, plus $7.00 shipping. Limit 1 per person, per year. Samples are not available in Peptide Eye Serum, Tri-Peptide Eye Cream, and Blemish Spot Treatment.
Retail Samples With Purchase: Skin Script offers one free sample per retail item purchased. Samples are not free with the travel sizes of 2 oz cleansers and 2 oz toners. If the Pro would like additional samples, they are available for purchase. Free matching samples are only included in orders shipping directly to aestheticians and do not apply to drop ship orders. Samples cannot be held for future orders.
Web/Internet Sales Policy:
Skin Script Skin Care should only be purchased from licensed aestheticians and/or approved professional partners. It is to be recommended and used under the direction of a professional.
As a Pro Partner, you will not discount on-line. Discounting on-line creates a domino effect of diminishing the value of our line. We believe in upholding our product pricing and value, so our Pros are not competing with each other.
Skin Script Skin Care does not support or engage with mass retail websites such as Amazon.com, Skincarerx.com, Ebay.com and so on. Due to the product being purchased without direction on how to use the product, we do not want to compromise the guidance provided by our Pros.
Any person or business found to be marketing and selling product on-line with mass retail websites will not be allowed to purchase from Skin Script Skin Care.
