Skin Script ships orders within the United States and its territories using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

• Orders of $49 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
• Orders under $49 ship at a $12 flat rate.
• Orders typically process within 1–2 business days and deliver within 2–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

Expedited delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased directly from Skin Script, it may be returned for credit, refund, or exchange.

If you purchased Skin Script products from your licensed aesthetician or skincare professional, please contact that provider directly to request a return or exchange. They will assist you according to their business policies.

Return Guidelines for Purchases Directly from Skin Script

• Notify Skin Script within 30 days of the original purchase.
• Products must be returned within 60 days of purchase and be at least 60% full.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Replacement items ship free of charge.
